Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of conference registration must be received in writing and sent to CAR_EVENTS@cargroup.org or faxed to 734.929.0483. To be eligible for a refund of fees less the handling charge of $100.00, notification of registration cancellation must be received by 5:00 p.m. on September 25, 2009. After September 25, 2009, those who cancel or do not appear at the conference, thereby cancelling by default, will not be eligible for a refund.
The conference registration fee may be transferred to another colleague without charge at any time. Payment must be received by September 7, 2009 to receive the early registration rate; all other payments must be received by October 19, 2009.
